When you walk into our office, my smile is the first one you will see! My goal every day is to make sure your next appointment is always scheduled. What I love most about my job is connecting with each of our patients and finding things in common! My favorite getaways are to the beach or Chattanooga; and when I’m home, I like to read or spend time with my boyfriend on his farm.

Come say hi to me in the consultation room! I was born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago (Go Bears!) and have lived in Guam, Maryland, and Georgia; so helping patients customize a treatment plan that works for their lifestyle is right up my alley. When I’m not in the office, I love spending time outdoors, eating pizza, and having game nights with my two kiddos!

Marketing Coordinator
I am the face behind our social media and marketing efforts! I love coming up with ideas for our team to have fun with our patients and their families. I also enjoy meeting with all of our local dental partners to ensure your transition from their office to ours is as smooth as possible. Outside of the office, you will find me and my husband chasing after our 4 little ones and cheering on my hometown Pittsburgh sports teams!

Financial Coordinator
With my 25 years of dental experience, I am the insurance Guru! I enjoy being able to answer questions and guide you along the financial process. When I need a break, you can find me at the beach with my husband.

Clinical Coordinator
I am the “Air Traffic Controller” of our clinic and keep our patients flowing in and out of the office. My main job is to keep our assistants and Dr. Cranford on time to ensure your appointments stay on time. I love hearing about how our patients are doing in school, what they are doing on the weekend, and what their hobbies are! You can find me vacationing at the beach or Disney World with my husband and our kids, Paislee and Hunter, or at the racetrack drag racing every weekend!

In the office, you will find me in the back assisting Dr. Cranford. What I love most about what I do is to see our patient’s confidence build over their treatment time. When I’m not helping create beautiful smiles, you will find me busy with my 3 girls and husband. We enjoy all sports and LOVE the Braves!

I love spending my day working with my team and getting to know my patients. It’s always fun to relate and build a relationship with our patients and their families! Outside of work, I am doing just that - outside with my family, in the garden, or on the beach!

I enjoy assisting Dr. Cranford and getting to know each patient at their visits. I love watching patients gain confidence in their smile throughout their treatment. While I’m not at the office, I am spending time with my family and friends playing games or helping with church functions.

As a third generation assistant, I have grown to love the dental field as much as my mom and grandmother did. I love assisting Dr. Cranford with appointments, but my all time favorite thing in the office is getting to know my patients. If you know me, I am a huge people person. When I am not at work, I am either spending time with my husband, our dog Retta and our family, shooting sporting clays, going hunting, doing yard work, photography, traveling, or working on my next DIY project. I cannot wait to meet YOU and help cheer you on though your orthodontic journey!

You will find me in the back assisting Dr. Cranford. I enjoy meeting our new patients, as well as catching up with current ones at each appointment. Outside the office, you’ll find me with my family cooking out in the backyard, listening and dancing to music, or relaxing on the sunny beaches of Destin.

It’s an amazing feeling when you can wake up, and enjoy going to work. I love seeing the confidence build in my patients as I help them achieve their dream smile. In my personal time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two little ones. I love home projects, shopping, and family outings.

With almost 2 decades of orthodontic experience, my favorite part about my job is getting to know each of my patients over the course of their treatment. When I am not in the office, you can find me and my 2 children cruising around town finding something fun to do.
